I can't find out how to get email when a staff member answer to one assigned ticket. I get mail when new ticket is created I get mail when the ticket is closed I don't get mail when staff member answer to ticket some hints? Thank you so much Paolo |

Yes, it should work in 1.6ST. At least it works for me... but I do use it a little differently then you do.
Under Alerts and Notices -> New Message Alert I do not use assigned staff. I use Department Manager. My department managers email is a email list though that has all the employees in the department on it. Maybe there is a problem with this that I don't know about. |
