Exclamation Outgoing Emails with PhpMailer

Hi,
I've configured osTicket (under w2003) to send e-mails through phpmailer and the mail.php, so now it sends alerts and responses ok.
The problem is that only sends from one mail account, the one in mail.php,
and as i've many different depts i've configured many e-mails, but can only send through one.
Can anybody help me to change the mail.php to use the dept outgoing mail?

Thanks in advance.

Kris
