Default Assigning new ticket number from email

Hi!

What i'd like to do is to make osticket use the ticket number on new tickets supplied in the email subject, just like it can update existing tickets via email.

The reason for this is that were using another system for sending out service announcements, so im not afraid that there will be any duplicate entrys in the number sequence.

Can anyone help here? =)
