Ticket Date Due Date Subject Department Priority From But the issue is i see only Due Date, and it wont show me the Due Date;s time, which i think should be called the Due time. Say for example: there are 5 tickets today, all of the 5 tickets show overdue but without the time mentioned. ofcourse when we click open the ticket i can see it clearly. but wondering if someone has fixed this already. Many thanks in advance |

I think sorted this on my system a while back..
I believe it's to do with date format in the code of line you want to show it, look here- /include/staff/viewticket.inc.php find where duedate is showing in code .. eg. below- "<th>Due Date:</th> <td><?=Format::db_datetime($ticket->getDueDate())?>" where "Format::db_datetime" I (think) I changed this from "Format::db_date" Give it a try..
