osTicket 1.6 RC2 released

With holidays behind us, we are ready to present osTicket v1.6 RC2. The release addresses bugs found on RC1 courtesy of the osTicket Community. Thank you! We received great feedback and bug reports.

With today's release of osTicket v1.6 RC2, we're getting closer to shifting our focus to new features. You can help us reach the goal sooner by reporting any bugs you encounter. Please use osTicket bug tracker to help us streamline and manage bugs responsibly. We also welcome any feedback.

To upgrade from osTicket v1.6 RC1 simply overwrite your current installation files with RC1-to-RC2 patch package. Please refer to upgrade guide for complete instructions. If you are installing osTicket for the first time, then simply download v1.6 RC2 and follow installation guide.
