Default Email Alerts

Is there a way to have seven or eight email addresses emailed every time a ticket is created?

As far as i'm concerned, every staffmember of the department gets notification, don't they ?
if thats not what you are looking for, create a forwarding email on your server and adress that forward-email in osticket
