How can I prevent certain groups of users erase tickets?

it's possible ?

Login to your SCP > Go to your Admin CP > Then click 'Staff' > Then click a 'Group' > Then Check 'No' for 'Can Delete Ticket(s)'.

Corey means for you to log into the admin control panel for osTicket.
http://url.for.your.osTicket.install/scp/admin.php
Click on the staff tab.
Click on user groups.
Then click on the group you wish to change permissions for.
