I made a modification in order client are able to get their ticket number list. Just in case if client forgot their ticket number, without having to re-open a new ticket.
![]() Forgot Ticket Number? appears beneath the Check Status button on index.php page. ![]() Client only need to enter email address and press the Send My Ticket List button, then osTicket will send the ticket number list to the client who request it. ![]() The message after osTicket send email to the client. It also will verify whether the email exists in the system or not. If the email does not exist, there will be message notify client that the email address does not exist in the system. ![]() Email that received by client, only contains of the ticket number which has status as "opened". ![]() As Admin, you are able to define the email template that will be used, from Admin Panel -> Emails -> Templates -> osTicket Default Template -> Forgot Ticket Number. ![]() I combined the Check Status Ticket Form with Forgot Ticket Number Form in one page. It depends on which menu that client select, then the other will be collapsed. At the image above, client are selecting Check Status menu, then Forgot Ticket Number section will be collapsed, and vice-versa.
