Question "Closed Tickets" should show the amount

I miss the current number of closed tickets in the overview like open tickets and answered tickets have it ("Answered tickets (3)").
Is it possible to have something like this for closed tickets, too (like "Closed Tickets (5)" instead of just "Closed Tickets")?
Thanks in advance.

Lightbulb Solution

Since Elvis Presley said in his song: "My wish came true...", then I said to you: "Your wish came true...".

Show the Amount at Closed Tickets Sub Tab of osTicket v1.6 RC5

Cheers!

Sincerely,
Masino Sinaga

I don't know why but it only shows me "Closed Tickets ()".

Default Worked fine at mine!

It's weird. I have tested it at mine, and it worked fine.
Make sure your enum value at the status field in ost_ticket table has one of the value 'closed'.

I have six tickets which have the status "closed" and I have double checked the code with yours.

Lightbulb Oooopsss...!

I am so sorry. That's my mistake. I forgot to include another modification.
Please visit my blog again. There is one missing step that I have just inserted at the beginning of the instruction, or you can apply the first step that I've just inserted.

I am sure, this time you will get that amount.

Sincerely,
Masino Sinaga
