Hi,
at first, OS Ticket is very interesting software, and easy to use. I have speciall needs, and unfortunately I'm not familiar with web programming: My main work is installing some specialised aplications on a set of computers. I'll wand to give a possibility customers, to choose what aplications they wand by checking a checkboxes located in new ticket form, so in open ticket I will Have: Aplications: a, b, c, d etc. And, another think. I am Blind, so I'm not able to read the Windows Product Key, and I must ask somebody to do it for me. So, I'll wand have a speciall field marked E.G. Windows Product key in the new ticket form. I'll be very happy, if somebody help me with this. Hope my english is understandable.
