Have a nice try!

does this affect new ticket auto response and new message auto response as well or just the reply... i noticed the same
Code:
%url/view.php?e=%email&t=%ticket
but i only changed it in the reply portion as stated in the instructions...

and what about the changes from tyler on your post,

http://www.openscriptsolution.com/20...cket-v1-6-rc5/

do i need to implement those changes as well?

i did do a test email and it looks nice accept for one thing, on the name portion it reads;
-- do not edit -- testmerge,
as the address part... ??

ok nothing to do with this mod, the -- do not edit -- was happening way before this mod, i looked at some prev ticket tests and its on there, i guess it just escaped my vision, so this mod is fine, but i still have to find where that is comming from... because i do want to drop my name down alittle so its not all on one line like before, i guess i dont mind if its on there, i just want it at the very top instead of all on one line..
