the user submits a request via e-mail. A ticket is created with e-mail John.Doe@myemail.com. When the user checks the status manually with john.doe@myemail.com, error message 500 is issued: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. If the user enters John.Doe@myemail.com it works fine. Linux / Apache installation Please advise. Thanks |

Please post your own thread for your own problem. Please provide all pertinent details to your installation. (OSTicket version, PHP version, Webserver version) Also please provide the error from your PHP log.
