500 Internal Error : Ticket Status

Hello,
the user submits a request via e-mail. A ticket is created with e-mail John.Doe@myemail.com.

When the user checks the status manually with john.doe@myemail.com, error message 500 is issued:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

If the user enters John.Doe@myemail.com it works fine.

Linux / Apache installation

Please advise.

when i am adding ticket following error is coming

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please advise.

Please post your own thread for your own problem. Please provide all pertinent details to your installation. (OSTicket version, PHP version, Webserver version) Also please provide the error from your PHP log.
