Problem with "add-auto-staff-time-sheet-feature-into-osticket-v1-6-rc5" of M. Sinaga

Dear Masino Sinaga, dear friends

I would like to ask you about a modification of osticket and in particular about http://www.openscriptsolution.com/20...cket-v1-6-rc5/

I have done your mod to my helpdesk system and all is ok. The only problem is that i receive in my email address (administration email of osticket implementation) this message:

[INSERT INTO ost_ticket_note SET created=NOW() ,ticket_id=15,title='Ticket Edit',note='modifica numero telefonico',staff_id=1,time_spent='',source='Pinco Pallino'] Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'time_spent' at row 1

This occur when from administration go in ticket page and modify some value of old ticket (in this case telefon number).
Instead when post a reply from a ticket page all is ok.

In the subject of email there is DB Error #1366.

Can you help me?

Dear Masino and friends,
when I try to assign the ticket to one of my staff from administration in ticked list page, all seems to be ok but I receive an email with this message:

[INSERT INTO ost_ticket_note SET created=NOW() ,ticket_id=17,title='Ticket Assigned to Pippo',note='You have been assigned a ticket.',staff_id=1,time_spent='',source='Administ rator'] Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'time_spent' at row 1

The subject of email is: DB Error #1366
