Is this possible with osticket?

Im looking for a way to let the user autenticate with email address and password(maybe ldap) insted of the ticket number. I would also like to have multiple user view one ticket, for example, if one pc admin creates a ticket about a firewall opening, the other of the pc admins should also be able to view the ticket.
