Looks very nice!

Just a couple of notes (really just nitpicky stuff).

I'd use a picture with a higher color variety. That looks almost like a 256 color image, instead of millions or whatever is standard.

I'd get rid of the table border around the 'Check Ticket Status' section, looks a bit sloppy in my opinion. And then line up the two input fields and either put the 'Check Status!' button all the way to the left or to the right.

I know those are pretty minor things and overall it looks pretty great. Very nice job!

So I did check that, I made the top header image on purpose. I've gotten quite a few requests to have the osTicket re-designed. I've already finished 3 for free
