Customize osticket to have 2 url with different forms and same DB

Hi everybody:

I couln't found any thread about this ability.

I am just installing... migrating from eticket... It's gonna be a long night!!!

But something I need to know is if I can have more than 1 form to open a ticket that just show some fields in one url... and other form that shows another fields in a different url... Both writing the same DB... and that can be manage by the same backend... (I can live if it's not the same backend LOL)

Can anybody point me to that direction?
