sort tickets by help topic

Hi,
is there any possibility or any mod available to be able to sort the tickets by the help topic?
We have up to 7 help topics which could be used.

It would be very helpful if i could count the tickets on help topics, to see how many are created because of delivery problems, or how many created because of complaining, and so on.

i was just going to open a similar thread.


Currently users can open tickets and select a help-topic ...but the ticket-table is not sortable based on help-topic (not visible in table) nor is the user able to see the help-topic later in this issue-list - while the admin is able to see it there at least.


would love an update here.


Please ask further if my addition wasn’t clear enough.
