Premature end of script

Hi everyone,

I've spent the last 4 hours racking my brain to why this is happening and I still can't figure it out.

Here is the low down:

RedHat Linux distro
mySQL 4.1.20
PHP 5.0.1

I try to install 1.6 rc4 and straight after I hit the install button, I get an Internal server Error.

error_log says: (at the same timestamp)

ost_config table has 1 entry. Except it's all default and not filled in with the right info. For instance, I ran the date("Z")/3600 command on the server and it returned a result of 10. In ost_config, timezone_offset is 0, so i gather it's not even getting to that point of the ost_config sql insert query. There is no entry in ost_staff either.

ostconfig.php is edited correctly by the installer script. So I'm guessing it's happening somewhere between the config file string replace commands and calling the sql queries?

Any ideas people?
