I can understand that you want your OSTicket site to be in your native language. But putting a poll in the help forums trying to get the devs to change the default language to Spanish will not get their attention.
If you would like the devs to allow you to toggle the site between languages you would be best served by posting in the feedback section asking for that feature. I am moving this post to "General Discussion".
