I'm not sure, but is it possible to configure auto response? I mean like: Someone posts the Problem "The Printer is broken" or something and the answer is like "We help to repair the printer as fast as we can". Is that possible? Or is the meaning of auto response something else? Best wishes gabeBU |

No not really.
But you can alter the templates at Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates. |
