Default Constant display of new Tickets

Has anyone made a mod that lets you just display open tickets. I would like to see maybe a web page that shows the current open tickets, live. The idea is I would like to hang a large monitor in the IT room that at any given time we can look at to get a status of the tickets.

That is fantastic. I wish that was made into a view. All Open Tickets.

Although I did not make the ask I will most certainly be using it.

Thanks

That is cool! Is that opened via a link like the Opened, Answered, Closed Etc. across the top of the default installation? Really What OS Ticket is missing is the merger of the two ISanswered and open as an ALl Open tickets Option as well as an ALL Tickets view.

The layout of that image you posted is awesome BTW...

Stay tuned in the next few days I have some nifty MODS of my own I am posting.

This MOD is exactly the type of thing that should be included in 1.7. From my perspective (this is the type of thing which one would want to see in the Dashboard section.

I just looked at the other posting. Well done.

I will be adding a quick little MOD which might help someone in this position who might actually want a quick nav at the top as an option
