E-mail format not correct

I tried doing the HTML mod and wasn't 100% sure about the way it was working.

So i reverted back to a backup of osticket befoire i did the mod but now our E-mails are not formatting correctly. This is what i get when i E-mail the support address

I've tried deleting the message out of admin panel and rewritting but i still don't get the formatting.
